Our data center provider will be performing infrastructure maintenance as part of a facility upgrade. During this maintenance window, a subset of our services will experience a temporary period of unavailability.
Impacted services
- Web portals for sending SMS and administering Premium SMS services will be unavailable.
- Incoming SMS to virtual numbers/shortcodes and incoming email for “Email to SMS” will be queued and delivered once systems are available again.
- Carrier billing (“Premium SMS”) will be unavailable.
Not impacted services
- HTTP API for sending SMS will remain fully operational throughout the maintenance.
Our provider has advised that the overall window includes multiple infrastructure activities, and only a portion of it involves our services.
They have assured us that they are committed to completing the necessary work as swiftly as possible to minimize the impact of this maintenance.
We will actively monitor the maintenance to ensure everything returns to normal once the work is complete.
