Our data center provider will be performing infrastructure maintenance as part of a facility upgrade. During this maintenance window, a subset of our services will experience a temporary period of unavailability.
Impacted services - Web portals for sending SMS and administering Premium SMS services will be unavailable. - Incoming SMS to virtual numbers/shortcodes and incoming email for “Email to SMS” will be queued and delivered once systems are available again. - Carrier billing (“Premium SMS”) will be unavailable.
Not impacted services - HTTP API for sending SMS will remain fully operational throughout the maintenance.
Our provider has advised that the overall window includes multiple infrastructure activities, and only a portion of it involves our services. They have assured us that they are committed to completing the necessary work as swiftly as possible to minimize the impact of this maintenance.
